195 Science Outreach Program (10 to 14 October2023) Although not an ICARD activity, several talks covering astronomy and space science in India were delivered. There was also a demonstrative session on daytime astronomy. The Program was organized by Manzoor Malik, University of Kashmir and Jasjeet Bagla, IISER, Mohali. Seminar A seminar titled, ' The Thirty Meter Telescope - A New Window to the Universe' was delivered by Professor B. Eswar Reddy, Dean, Faculty of Sciences, IIA, Bangalore and the Programme Director, India TMT Coordination Center, on 22 March 2024 in the Department of Physics, Kashmir University. Professor B.
