A group of 100 teachers from different rural parts of Maharashtra visited IUCAA on June 7, 2018 under a Teachers' Training Programme, organised by Sakal NIE and IISER - Pune. Somak Raychaudhury (Director, IUCAA) interacted with these teachers, sharing information about IUCAA and the mega-projects in progress. IUCAA VISIT AND SKY WATCH FOR RURAL TEACHERS A workshop for science teachers of government Marathi medium schools was held on July 21, 2018, at Muktangan Vidnyan Shodhika (MVS), IUCAA.
