The participants have explored the observational and theoretical study of star clusters, using observations, simulations, and GAIAdata, etc. There were hands-on sessions on GAIA DR2 analysis in the afternoon sessions. There were about 70 participants from various parts of the country from leading institutions and various universities, and one from Grenoble, France. Three talks were given through Skype by speakers from MIT, CfA, USA; and the Niels Bohr Institute, Denmark. More details are available at https://fesc2019.wordpress.com/ The inaugural lecture was delivered by Ram Sagar (IIA, Bengaluru). Convenor of the conference was Priya Hasan (Department of Physics, MANUU) and the co-convenor was S. N. Hasan (Dean, School of Sciences, and Head, Department of Mathematics, MANUU). The conference was jointly funded by IUCAA and MANUU. The coordinators of the conference were Priya Hasan, Shantanu Rastogi (DDU Gorakhpur University), andRanjeevMisra (IUCAA).
